The last piece of German Chocolate Cake – always a sad thing!

We’ve been doing a lot of cooking – that would be both Josh and I – if you can believe it!  For New Year’s I made ox tail a la Romana – over risotto.  We haven’t had them for a long time – we first had them at a cooking class at Atrezzi in Portsmouth NH.  Our friend Denise is not as big a fan of them as we are – and after having them again, I’m not sure why!!  They were just as good as we remembered!  I did about 4 pounds of ox tail so we’d have lots of yummy leftovers.
